ZOOM! Whitening provides one of the most advanced and effective whitening treatments available in modern dentistry. In just a single visit of about one hour, patients can have their teeth whitened right here in our San Diego dental office.
The process is simple. Our trained ZOOM! dental professionals will apply a gentle whitening solution to your teeth which is then exposed to an ultraviolet light. This light helps amplify the whitening results and acts as a catalyst to speed up the whitening procedure. This step takes about 15 minutes and is repeated 4 times, to achieve the whitest teeth possible. Special care is taken to protect the delicate soft tissues in your mouth to prevent them from irritation, which is often associated with whitening routines. After a single visit, our patients often have teeth 6 to 10 shades whiter! ZOOM! removes deep stains from your teeth that have accumulated over time, making your smile whiter, brighter and boosting your self confidence.
During the appointment we will keep you entertained with access to Netflix movies or allow you to surf the web. Just sit back, relax, and we’ll do the rest.

To extend your whitening results it helps to avoid heavily staining food and drink, or drink through a straw to prevent additional stain from building up. Be sure to avoid tobacco products, which can cause heavy stain as well as contribute to oral health problems. Our San Diego dental office also works with our patients by providing them ways to maintain and keep their teeth white with complementary maintenance kits that need only be used two or three times a year thereafter.
